Project reflection

Before this project we learned about the body and its functions.  We learned about transplants and cancer and dialysis.  Also we learned about how to prevent cancer and how a cancer will spread.  Lastly we learned about different parts in the body and what they do and cells and what they do and how they work.
The purpose of this project is to educate and show people what I have learned.
The different decisions for the color scheme and the website we used were made as a group.  Although I was the group leader I asked my group what they wanted to do and as I group we made decisions.
I was the group leader I had to lead group discussions and create and do my own project.  I also had to create and refine our website.
I am most proud of successfully organizing a blood drive and for giving blood. I would not change anything; I like it the way it is.  For our next project I will spend more time the big things for my project and less on the little things.  I found relevance in the project because there are so many people who need blood transplants and it’s important to donate if you can.  I will take away how blood is taken, how it is dealt with and how it is used.  Also how many people need it and how to organize a blood drive.

The purpose of this bio blog

The purpose is to educate and show people what I have learned.  Not only that but to have my own place to express myself and be excited about my learning.  This blog is where I debrief and think about my learning at AHS.  I hope you enjoy it.

PANDA BEAR

The panda is born from the mom panda’s stomach.  When the panda is born it is very tiny, 120 grams tiny.  Just like any other animal, the baby needs its mother to take care of it while it’s developing a sense of what the world is like.  Many pandas are in the zoo, but even there they enjoy playing and eating bamboo and also fruits and vegetables, but mostly bamboo.  They love trees as does any bear.  They get to enjoy these things for about 15 years.

Biology

Biology is the science that studies living organisms.
